Returns Made Easy
Got a change of heart? Send it back within 30 days of delivery. It’s gotta be unused, in its box, with all the bits it came with. Reach out to us first at [insert contact email] or [insert number]—we’ll hook you up with a return label. Shipping’s on you unless we goofed up.
 
Refunds, No Fuss
Once we get your return and check it’s good, we’ll refund your cash the way you paid—usually hits your account in 5-10 business days. Bought with a card? Might take a bit longer, depending on your bank. We’ll shoot you a note when it’s done.
 
Damaged or Wrong Stuff
If your item shows up busted or isn’t what you ordered, don’t sweat it. Let us know within 7 days, snap a pic if it’s wrecked, and we’ll swap it or refund you—shipping’s on us for these oops moments.
